They are inedible, unfortunately. 1/4 cup salt in one jar is WAY too much. Also, how does 1/2 cup of liquid plus solids turn into 4 cups of liquid? It seems there should be water included in the recipe. This was my first attempt at pickles, but this recipe seems wrong.
