1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup bocconcini (bite sized mozzarella balls) drained and halved
1/2 cup basil leaves (about 10) chopped
salt and pepper to taste
combine tomatoes, cheese, basil, salt and pepper.. drizzle with a little olive oil and vinegar..
